ABOUT AIRPORT TAXI
There are 3 classes of airport taxi service i.e. Budget, Business Class and Spacious (up to 19 persons).
Additional service available (additional charges will apply) are drinking water, child seats, extra hour waiting time and English speaking driver.
Once your online booking has been successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking number, your details and the meeting point. One (1) day before pickup, taxi customer support team will email you the driver’s phone number and the taxi driver will also be informed of your phone number.
If your flight is delayed, please contact the taxi customer support contact on the confirmation email. The taxi customer support team is available 24/7.
Taxi driver will meet you with a name plate (your first and last name that you specified on your booking input) at the airport arrival area main exit or your specified meeting point.
You are strongly advised to contact the taxi driver immediately if your luggage is delayed or your exit from the arrival hall is delayed for any reason.
