Hotel Web 365 is a travel service meta search platform that lets you search and compare prices for travel related products in most major cities. The platform is backed by leading reservation system in the hospitality industry and is represented by a combined total of over 250,000 hotels worldwide. We also offer flight booking services for major airports worldwide. Our taxi booking affiliate has airport taxi transfer service in 102 countries. There are no hidden charges for bookings made on Hotel Web 365. More travel products and destinations are in the pipeline.

How your booking works

Hotel Web 365 does not directly sell the hotel room accommodation, flight ticketing or taxi transfer services. Hotel Web 365 is an affiliate meta search system that allows visitors to search for travel products. We do not own or control the travel services listed on our website. All bookings are directed (via secure links) to the travel partner who owns and operate the service. All booking payments and deposits are received by the travel partner directly via secured links.

You will receive a booking confirmation email from the service provider once you have successfully made the booking online. Service provider contact details / customer support line will be listed on the booking confirmation email sent to you. Questions / amendments and cancellation / refund following your booking, should be addressed directly to the service provider by quoting your booking reference number and details.

For hotel online booking, your booking is guaranteed by your credit card. A non refundable booking fee will be charged to your credit card at time of making your online booking. Upon your check-in at the hotel, the balance of your total accommodation bill will be charge to your credit card at the hotel reception desk. Conditions of cancellation will vary between establishments. It is best to read and understand all terms, conditions and options listed on the Hotel page before making your intended reservation. 

Taxi service has 3 classes i.e. Budget, Business Class and Spacious (up to 19 persons). Additional service available (additional charges will apply) are drinking water, child seats, extra hour waiting time and English speaking driver. Once your online booking has been successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking number, your details and the meeting point. If your flight is delayed, please contact the taxi customer support contact on the confirmation email. The taxi customer support team is available 24/7. Taxi driver will meet you with a name plate (your first and last name that you specified on your booking input) at the airport arrival area main exit or your specified meeting point. One (1) day before pickup, taxi customer support team will email you the driver’s phone number and the taxi driver will also be informed of your phone number. At the arrival hall you are advised to contact the taxi driver if your luggage is delayed or your exit from the arrival hall is delayed for any reason.

The flight search screen is a meta search engine linked to various airlines ticketing sales system. It will search all available options based on your input (it may take up to 10 seconds for the system to complete the search and return all results). Price and availability will very for the same destination depending on the day, time and season. Once a selection is made, the search system will connect you directly to the sales agent via secured connection for the booking process.

Privacy

All bookings for hospitality services on Hotel Web 365 are redirected to the hotel property owner’s / taxi service owner’s / flight ticketing agent’s system. Guest’s information provided at time of making a booking and online payment is made on the external party’s system with the name stated on top of the page. Personal information is not shared with Hotel Web 365. We do not collect or store any web visitor’s personal information.

Our travel service affiliate partner may disclose general booking trend information to us for the purpose of commission payment only.

Children

Hotel Web 365 website services are not intended for use by web users of minority age. We do not collect any visitor’s data that could specifically identify an individual nor do we collect data that would specifically identify a person visiting this website to be of minority age.

Links to external service provider’s website

Hotel Web 365 website contain links to our external service provider’s websites for services that are not owned or controlled by us. Your access and use of these external party websites are subject to the privacy policies posted on their website. You are strongly encouraged to read and understand all their policies. We take no responsibility for their policies and website operation.

We do not actively verify contents on the external service provider’s website and it is not possible for us to guarantee the prices and the service displayed on their website. Prices are seasonal and subject to change. Other charges such as service charge, check-in luggage fees, local sales tax, foreign credit card charge may also apply. Other incidental cost like exchange rate differential may also apply should the product be sold in another currency. You are encouraged to check and make inquiry of any additional charges / cost relating to your booking to the service provider directly.

Force Majeure

Excluding payment obligation, neither the guest, property owner or Hotel Web 365 will be liable for delays or default in the performance of it’s respective obligations under “Terms and Conditions” if such delay or default is cause by conditions beyond reasonable control (act of god), including but not limited to fire, flood, accident, earthquake, telecommunication system failure, electrical outages, network failures or labor disputes (Force Majeure events).

Intellectual property

Hotel Web 365, Travel Service Providers and other affiliated partners own all digital material, software, trademarks, service marks and other material contained in our websites. Visitors may not copy or use any  materials contained herein our websites for any commercial purpose without expressed permission from us or our travel service providers and affiliate partners.

Limitation of liability

By using Hotel Web 365 website, you agree to the following conditions : – The operator, owner, associates, affiliates, employees of this website cannot provide guarantee that services on this website will not be interrupted nor can they provide guarantee that all information on this website are all accurate, all up-to-date and all free of errors and omission. Visitors access information on this website at their own risk. Hotel Web 365 is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental loss / damage from the use or inability to use the information on this website and the related website links. Not withstanding this, Hotel Web 365 will only be liable for damages, losses and cause of action whether in contract, including negligence or otherwise arising out or in connection to the Terms & Conditions in this website, shall not exceed the aggregate commission income of the bookings of the claimant for the past 3 (three) months immediately proceeding the claim.
